This Men’s Support Group was started with the belief that every single one of us is resilient, and that our resilience can be fostered with the help and support of a community. Our members provide the place and space for personal growth, self-reflection, learning, and bonding. We invite you to find out more information and hope you will join us.

Since Gold Coast Men’s Walk and Talk was founded in 2019, we’ve helped countless individuals as they navigate through difficult times or simply just need a outlet or timeout. We have created mateships where people can find the support they need through the power of connection.

    How much is it?
    It is completely free. We will not charge you a cent. Bring yourself along,kids and animals are welcome too. Just please have your animals on a leash while walking around the lake.
    Will I have to tell my story?
    No is the simple answer. You can simply turn up and just enjoy the walk then talk about whatever you feel.
    How do I join a meeting for the first time?
    Simple! Just turn up on a Saturday and Sunday morning at 7AM at the coffee shop on the Oxenford Lake.
