We welcome you into a safe space where you can share your story with others who have had similar experiences.

About Us

A Gold Coast Men’s Health Group

This Men’s Support Group was started with the belief that every single one of us is resilient, and that our resilience can be fostered with the help and support of a community. Since Gold Coast Men’s Walk and Talk was founded in 2019, we’ve helped countless individuals as they navigate through difficult times or simply just need a outlet or timeout. We have created mateships where people can find the support they need through the power of connection.
